The Challenge
We reached out to this customer after being made aware that they were looking for Workday® Consultants to support their implementation. They were implementing Workday® HCM and were having major issues in Workday® Benefits. Their Workday® implementation Partner hadn’t provided them with a Workday® Benefits Consultant for 3 weeks as they didn’t have any Consultants available. We provided them with a Workday® Benefits Consultant that started with the customer 72 hours later.
The client was so impressed with our service, as a result they asked if we would be able to support them post Go-Live with all their Workday® application support needs. The client currently purchases 1000+ hours a quarter from Hale and we have Workday® Consultants supporting them across HCM, Payroll, Absence, Security, and Integrations.
The Result
The client is able to manage their Workday® tenant post Go-Live without any stress as they know they can always rely on us, and our Consultants to assist with any queries, issues or projects that they have. We also saved his customer a lot of money as they were being quoted extortionate prices for AMS services from other providers in the Ecosystem.
