Our customer is a Financial Services organization, with over 150 office locations nationwide.
Our client was at the beginning stages of their Workday® implementation when we first connected, and they required support to help convert their legacy employee data from ADP to Workday®, and manage existing and new integrations. Our client explained that their implementation partner that had assisted them on the original system build, were unable to source this requirement and they were desperate to have a consultant join the team. We were able to deploy a qualified consultants at a cost-effective price, who led the continuous support across their Workday® tenant.
Our client went on to use our services for over 1.5 years, and in this time we have provided a total of 12 contractors that supported across Workday® HCM, Absence, Recruiting, Integration, Payroll, Talent, and Reporting. We were able to automate our clients existing business processes across Payroll, which cut their payroll processing time in half, build new absence plans for existing employees, develop their applicant tracking system to manage new hires in Workday®, and set up the companies’ goals, annual performance reviews and succession planning as they successfully implemented their Workday® Talent and Learning modules.
Over the time we have been supporting our client, we have played a key part in assisting them through their Workday® HCM implementation and post-production support. The support we have given to our client has allowed the organization to streamline their processes which has not only saved the business money but allowed them to function more efficiently.
