Our client is one of the largest healthcare business support organizations in the US that provides support and administrative services.
After being introduced to the client they made us aware that they wanted to build a HRIS team that would oversee the HCM and Financials suites, the team would eventually be 10 people and we discussed a full hiring strategy to establish timelines. At the point of the initial call the client was in the discovery stage of their implementation and the full scale of their staffing requirements were still being established. Our first placement was a Workday® Financials Analyst to be the SME for the team, assisting with gathering the requirements through implementation and eventually becoming the product owner of the system with responsibility for all configuration and setup. From here we’ve gone on to source a Workday® QA Test Lead, Workday® Integration Developers, Workday® HCM Manager, Workday® HRIS Analysts and more, totalling 10 placements in just over a year which includes both permanent and contract resources.
After going live in January 2022, we have supported them through Phase 2 and stabilization with a range of contract resources. Key areas they are looking to improve is the Workday® Financials suite around Procurement and also Workday® reporting within the Talent team to ensure they are utilizing Workday® to its full capabilities.
We are in process of helping the client implement Workday® Benefits and Advanced Compensation with plans to go live with these modules towards the end of the year.
We built a full hiring strategy for this client which resulted in them having the resources they needed to ensure their Workday® implementation went live on time, and also consequently ensuring they have the full time permanent staff in their HRIS team to manage and maintain their Workday® tenant.
Hale International are now the main Workday® staffing firm this client works with across HCM, Financials and Supply Chain Management. We have not only saved them a lot of money as they haven’t had to rely on hardly any AMS support services, but we have built out their full Workday® team to manage the system long term.
