Workday Training and Change Management Consultant

We are partnered with a large, household-name organization currently undertaking a major Workday implementation. They are seeking an experienced Workday Training and Change Consultant to lead and support the successful rollout, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and confident in adopting the new system.
 

This role will focus on developing and delivering tailored training programs and driving the change strategy to support a smooth transition across the business. The successful candidate will bring proven Workday implementation experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for helping people embrace new ways of working.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive Workday training programs, including materials, workshops, and e-learning content.
  • Create and execute a structured change management plan aligned with project milestones.
  • Partner with business and project leaders to understand impacts, identify readiness gaps, and support end-user adoption.
  • Develop and deliver effective communication and engagement plans across all levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate go-live readiness and post-implementation support activities to ensure sustained success.
  • Continuously improve learning materials and approaches based on feedback and performance metrics.

 

Essential Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience delivering Workday training and leading change initiatives during large-scale implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionality and business process impacts. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality outputs to tight deadlines.
  • Experience developing engaging, user-focused learning materials.
