Workday Test Analyst

Remote | contract

We’re partnered with a large, household-name organization undertaking a significant Workday program and seeking a Workday Test Analyst to support upcoming releases and optimization projects.

This contract role will focus on planning and executing testing across Workday HCM and integrations, ensuring system changes are delivered accurately and efficiently. You’ll be working closely with functional and technical teams to identify issues, validate enhancements, and maintain system quality throughout multiple project phases.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and execute functional and integration testing across Workday HCM.
  • Develop detailed test scripts and scenarios aligned to business requirements.
  • Partner with HRIS, Finance, and technical teams to validate configuration and process updates.
  • Log and manage defects, tracking through to resolution.
  • Support testing during Workday releases and post-production updates.
  • Document results and contribute to continuous testing process improvements.

 

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience testing within a Workday environment.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM, integrations, and related processes.
  • Experience with end-to-end testing, including regression and UAT cycles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, project-driven environments.
