We are partnered with an established global organization embarking on the next phase of their Workday journey, focused on enhancing their Talent & Performance functionality. They are seeking a Workday Talent & Performance Consultant with specialist expertise in these modules for contract engagement.

This role will be responsible for supporting the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Talent & Performance to align with business objectives and drive employee engagement, development, and performance outcomes. The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on Workday experience, deep knowledge of Talent and Performance processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, business, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Configure and enhance the Workday Talent & Performance modules to meet evolving business needs.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, effective solutions.
• Support testing cycles, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure seamless deployment of enhancements.
• Develop documentation, support user training, and provide knowledge transfer as needed.
• Recommend best practices and innovative functionality to optimize the employee experience and talent lifecycle.

Requirements:
 

• Proven experience working with Workday Talent & Performance modules.
• Strong understanding of performance management, goal setting, and talent review processes.
• Ability to configure, test, and support Talent & Performance functionality end-to-end.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in project environments.
