• Hybrid model, 2-3 days a week in Arizona 

Job Description 

• Workday HCM Consultant responsible for revamping the organizations Workday HCM tenant 
  
• Driving all major configuration initiatives, assessing best practices and rebuilding Workday HCM tailored to the clients expectations 
  
• Liaising with various stakeholders and HR Leadership, training and upskilling the internal team within Workday

Key requirements 

• You must have experience revamping Workday HCM Tenants 
  
• Experience revamping Workday across HCM Core, Recruiting, Onboarding
• Strong track record of training internal teams across Workday 
• Learning experience huge plus
