We are partnered with a global, market-leading organization that continues to expand its digital HR landscape and invest heavily in its Workday platform. They are seeking an experienced Workday Product Owner to drive the vision, roadmap, and ongoing optimization of their Workday ecosystem.

This role sits at the heart of their HR technology strategy, owning key Workday capabilities and ensuring the platform delivers maximum value across the business. The successful candidate will bring strong Workday expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, high-impact Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and shape the Workday product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and HR priorities.
  • Lead requirements gathering, define user stories, and prioritize enhancements in partnership with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee Workday configuration updates, system improvements, and feature adoption across relevant modules.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Workday releases—reviewing changes, assessing impact, and coordinating testing and deployment.
  • Analyze system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and champion continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strong governance, documentation, and best practices across the Workday platform.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Workday Product Owner or Workday-focused functional lead.
  • Strong understanding of Workday modules, configuration, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience leading Workday releases, enhancements, or major system initiatives.
