We are partnered with a global organization that is currently implementing Workday Financials. They are seeking a Workday Financials Consultant with specialist expertise leading the Procure 2 Pay workstream for a long-term contract engagement.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and configuring Workday P2P capabilities, ensuring procurement and finance processes are streamlined and aligned to business needs. The ideal consultant will have strong functional knowledge of the P2P lifecycle and will be comfortable working with stakeholders to ensure the workstream is implemented to the best possible standard.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Workday Procurement and P2P components to support purchasing, supplier management, and AP activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions
• Participate in testing cycles, identify issues, and drive resolution of defects
• Create documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to internal teams
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend enhancements within the P2P workstream

Essential Requirements:

• Solid experience designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday P2P functionality
• Proven experience leading Workday Financial implementations as the P2P specialist
• Strong understanding of requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, and supplier setup within Workday
• Ability to conduct knowledge transfer sessions and advise on best practices
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
