Workday Prism Consultant

We are partnered with an established organization that is currently looking for a Workday Prism Consultant to support their HR technology and data transformation program on an interim basis. The consultant will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing Workday Prism data pipelines, integrating external data sources, and enabling advanced reporting and analytics for HR and Finance leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy Workday Prism data pipelines and data sets.
- Integrate external HR and Finance data sources (e.g., payroll, recruiting, time tracking, or finance systems) into Workday Prism.
- Collaborate with HRIS, Finance, and Data teams to define reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Workday.
- Optimize existing Prism data models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Partner with reporting teams to deliver Workday People Analytics Dashboards, custom reports, and insights.
- Train internal staff and develop documentation for ongoing support and maintenance.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Essential Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience working with Workday Prism Analytics, including building pipelines and transformations.
- Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM, Reporting, and Security frameworks.
- Proven experience integrating and modeling data from multiple systems (e.g., payroll, finance, recruiting, or external HR platforms).
- Strong SQL, data modeling, and analytics background.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
