Workday Payroll Specialist

Hale International are working with a global organization that are currently embarking on their implementation of Workday and require a Workday Payroll Specialist.

Job Details:

• Our client are embarking on their implementation of Workday, with a phased project plan in place for the next couple of years.
• They are seeking a strong Payroll professional to join the organization
• The position can be remote across Canada, although their preference is for a hybrid arrangement across any of their corporate offices (Calgary, Halifax, Edmonton, Montreal, London, Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, Winnipeg)

Job Description:

• Support both HRIS & Payroll teams through their Workday implementation with testing, mapping & data validation
• You must have a strong understanding of Payroll processing as a whole
• You must have an understanding of Payroll testing (Unit, End to End, Parallel)
• You must understand Canadian Payroll processing
• Previous ERP Implementation highly advantageous, Workday experience desirable
• Any understanding of Workday Payroll is preferred, but not essential to performing the role
