We are partnered with an established organization that is enhancing and expanding its Workday HCM capabilities. They are seeking a Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Analyst with specialist expertise across these modules to help re-define and build upon the HRIS division.

This role will focus on supporting the design, configuration, and delivery of Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking functionality within Workday, ensuring alignment with business requirements, compliance needs, and process efficiency. The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on Workday experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimize Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules based on business and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate, scalable solutions.
  • Support testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects related to Payroll calculations, accruals, time entry, and related processes.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements, compliance adherence, and Workday best practices across Payroll and Time & Absence functions.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven hands-on experience with Workday Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking modules.
  • Configure, test, and support core HCM functionality related to pay processing, accruals, and time tracking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environments.
