Workday Learning Consultant

We are partnered with a leading healthcare client that are beginning the early-stage planning work for their implementation of Workday Learning. They are looking for a Workday Learning Consultant to play a key role through this project acting as a subject matter expert to guide them through design, configuration, and go-live phases.
The company have a Learning and Development department and are heavily focused on maximizing their internal capacity to support ongoing training of their employees. They are looking to drive process efficiencies, and deliver a modern product that is user friendly, easily accessible, and tailored to the individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise the client through all stages of the Workday Learning implementation, from requirements gathering to post–go-live support.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping the client understand what’s possible in Workday Learning versus what they envision.
- Provide hands-on, over-the-shoulder guidance throughout configuration and testing.
- Support the client in defining and building security roles across Learning and related modules.
- Partner closely with internal teams globally to ensure alignment and smooth rollout.
- Offer post–go-live support and enhancements.
Essential Requirements:
- 5+ years of Workday Learning experience, including multiple successful implementations.
- Strong understanding of Workday Security and role-based access within Learning.
- Proven ability to simplify complex requirements and guide teams with limited Workday experience.
- Confident communicator who can advise, collaborate, and coach with ease.
