We are partnered with a long-standing, established organization that are market leaders in their field. This organization has been live with Workday HCM since 2022 and is currently seeking a driven, forward-thinking individual to oversee the technical team responsible for overseeing all internal and external integrations for the organization.

The business currently maintains over 80 integrations, and utilize EIB’s, Core Connectors and Workday Studio, they are also currently increasing the adoption of Workday Orchestrate. The role will focus on the ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of all existing integrations, as well as leading any future new integration builds in this fast-paced, rapidly changing organization that undertakes a large amount of M&A activity.

 You will manage one integrations analyst, with plans to grow the team alongside business growth.
 

 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of integration projects
• Serve as the SME for all Workday integrations within the business
• Gather requirements from key stakeholders across the business and provide technical solutions
• Work with the Integrations Analyst to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
• Lead and develop the growing team
   

Requirements

• 5+ years Workday Integrations experience – including EIB’s, Core Connectors and Workday Studio
• Experience within a fast-paced environment, ability to work autonomously to deliver results
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• XML, XSLT and REST/SOAP experience would be nice to have too
