We are partnered with an established organization undertaking a major expansion of their Workday Technology platform. They are seeking a Workday Integrations Consultant with deep expertise in Workday integration tools and technologies for a contract engagement.
 

This role will focus on designing, building, and optimizing integrations that support core HCM processes, ensuring seamless data flow, system efficiency, and alignment with business requirements. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday integration frameworks, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workday Report Writer.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Support testing cycles, troubleshoot integration issues, and resolve defects across both inbound and outbound data flows.
• Develop technical documentation, support materials, and provide knowledge transfer as needed.
• Identify and recommend process improvements, technical enhancements, and integration best practices.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs).
• Ability to design, configure, test, and support complex Workday integrations.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in project-driven environments.
