We are partnered with an established organization that is currently implementing Workday Recruiting. They are seeking a Workday HCM Consultant with specialist expertise in the Recruiting module for a contract engagement.

This role will focus on supporting the design, configuration, and delivery of Recruiting functionality within Workday, ensuring it meets business requirements and drives process efficiency. The successful candidate will bring strong Workday Recruiting experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize the Workday Recruiting module in line with business needs.
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and resolving defects related to Recruiting.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and provide knowledge transfer where required.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the Recruiting function.
   

Essential Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with the Workday Recruiting module.
• Ability to configure, test, and support Workday Recruiting functionality.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in project environments.
