We are partnered with a well-established and successful organization who are seeking a Workday HCM Business Analyst to help drive optimizations, improve efficiency, and leverage Workday to its full potential. This will include exploring how AI can shape the future of HR.

 This organization is committed to growing its Workday and Digital capabilities and is adding a strong team of Workday experts. They require someone with an excellent understanding across modules and processes who can work closely with a range of stakeholders across the business. This role will fill a crucial position helping to convert stakeholder’s requirements into live process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be an SME for Core HCM and Onboarding, delivering process improvement
• Partner closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document needs, and drive solutions
• Collaborate with a team of Business Analysts, who each support different Workday modules
• Take ownership, think strategically, and act as a trusted advisor to the business
• Participate in unit testing and ensure smooth execution of HR system initiatives
• You will not be configuring the system; this will be the responsibility of the HRIS team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Workday Core HCM and Onboarding (additional experience in Time, Absence, Payroll, or Compensation is a plus)
• A minimum of 5 years of Workday experience
• Strong communication skills and being able to translate technical insights into non-technical language for business leaders to understand
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge ideas, make decisions, and be innovative
