Workday Financials Consultant

A long-term Hale International client is looking for a knowledgeable Workday Financials Consultant to join their team and support the successful delivery of Workday solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and implement core financials processes within Workday. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise and a proven track record of driving system improvements that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Financials modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Provide expertise in areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Management.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing support to maximize adoption and system efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Workday Financials Consultant with hands-on configuration expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Financials modules, including core financial processes and integrations.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and provide system-based solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
