We are partnered with a long-term client that is looking for a knowledgeable Workday Financials Consultant to join their team and support the successful delivery of Workday solutions.

The organization are live with Workday Financials, but require an expert consultant that can join and review their existing set up before partnering with them to deliver optimization within the system.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and implement core financials processes within Workday. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise and a proven track record of driving system improvements that align with business needs.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Financials modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Provide expertise in areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Management.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing support to maximize adoption and system efficiency.
   

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Workday Financials Consultant with hands-on configuration expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Financials modules, including core financial processes and integrations.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and provide system-based solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This is an exciting project with the opportunity to genuinely advise a customer from start to finish as they look to fully optimize all areas of their Workday Financials platform. This is a key priority, and the Consultant will have full control of their own schedule as they lead this internal initiative. The initial duration for the assessment is 2 months, with the anticipation that it will take a further 6 – 9 months to design, test and implement the solutions.
