I am partnered with a reputable global organization who are currently implementing Workday Financials and are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Analyst to join their team. This person will support the Workday Financials implementation and will own the system post-Go-live.

The organization is looking for an individual with substantial prior experience in Workday Financials to help them design and implement the right processes for them. This individual will then transition to manage the system, supporting user adoption and some training. They will then have responsibility for the future roadmap of their Financials system, including future functionality rollouts.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be the internal Workday Financials SME, working closely with business leaders and the Workday Partner during the Implementation
• After go-live, you will lead and manage optimization and enhancement projects across the Financial Suite, including FDM, Banking & Settlements, Business Assets, and Procurement
• Create and maintain Advanced, Matrix and Composite reports.
• Set up and maintain Security groups, amending as required.
• Work closely with the CFO, Controller and Finance Team to gather requirements and advise on best practices
   

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of Workday Financials configuration experience
• Implementation experience is desired, but not essential
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
   

As they continue to grow, there will be an opportunity to move into people management, if desired. There will also be the opportunity to learn Adaptive Planning and lead Phase X module implementations.
