We are partnered with a large, national organization that is currently undergoing a major Workday Big Bang implementation. They are seeking a Workday Financials Reporting Expert to join them on a contract engagement through to July 2026.

This role will focus on reviewing, creating, and enhancing Workday Financials reports to support the organization’s ongoing implementation. The successful candidate will bring strong Workday Financials reporting experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize Workday Financials reports in line with business needs, with a particular focus on Grants reporting.
• Review existing reports and make improvements to ensure they meet business expectations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions.
• Support testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects related to Workday Financials reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the Financials reporting function.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience as a Senior Workday Reporting Lead
• Experience creating and delivering Grants reports within Workday Financials.
• Ability to review, create, and support advanced, complex, and composite reports.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with business stakeholders.
   

This organization is currently in the Phase 1 design stage of their Workday HCM, Financials, and Supply Chain rollout. Following recent team changes, they are seeking a proactive and experienced Financial  Reporting Expert who can efficiently deliver high-quality work.
