Summary:

Will work on integrations with internal and external systems & applications while providing technical guidance for Workday HCM and Payroll

Project Details:

• Design and implement requirements in Workday HCM solution
• Conduct working sessions with HR to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
• Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions
• Demonstrate configurations through the use of prototyping
• Manage and maintain global Workday implementation scope
• Advise HR team on industry standards for HCM process areas in order to provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes.

Job Experience:

• Deep knowledge and expertise of ancillary systems & HR system operations
• Twelve (12) or more years of progressively responsible and directly-related work experience
• Preferred qualifications include a Master's level degree along with six (6) plus years of Workday experience
• Qualifications should also include specialty certification in relevant Business & Finance related applications/technologies.
