We are partnered with a dynamic organization that is looking to strengthen their HR team with a Workday Compensation Analyst. This permanent role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Workday Compensation who is passionate about driving fair, competitive, and data-driven reward strategies.

The successful candidate will focus on managing and optimizing Workday Compensation functionality, supporting compensation planning processes, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. They will work closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide insights and recommendations that help the organization attract, retain, and reward top talent.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure Workday Compensation modules, including salary, bonus, equity, and incentive plans.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to support annual and ad-hoc compensation cycles.
  • Analyze compensation data to provide insights, identify trends, and ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within Workday Compensation.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making and compliance.
  • Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance compensation planning and execution.
     

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with Workday Compensation modules.
  • Strong understanding of compensation processes, job structures, and reward frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering insights from data and making actionable recommendations.
