We are partnered with an established organization that is currently implementing Workday and undergoing significant transformation across their HR processes. They are seeking a Workday Change Consultant with specialist expertise in organizational change management (OCM) within a Workday environment for a contract engagement.

 This role will focus on supporting the change strategy, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement required to ensure a successful Workday deployment. The successful candidate will bring strong Workday project experience, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to partner effectively with both technical and functional teams.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute change management plans to support Workday implementation activities.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to understand impacts and prepare teams for upcoming changes.
• Create and deliver communication materials, stakeholder updates, and user-readiness content.
• Support training strategy, develop training materials, and facilitate end-user training sessions.
• Identify change risks and challenges, recommending solutions that drive adoption and minimize disruption.
• Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and continuous improvement across the change function.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting change management within Workday implementations or major HR system transformations.
• Strong ability to develop communications, training, and readiness materials tailored to diverse audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environments.
