We are partnered with a large hospital system that is currently embarking on their implementation of Workday HCM. They are in need of a proven Business Analyst that is able to come in and bridge the gap between their internal team and their implementation partner.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, work with the implementation partner to design solutions, test the processes and help liaise with the business side
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Development, HRBP, HR Operations and the business to understand our business strategy, processes, services and roadmap to maximize our Workday system and drive success
• Understand, communicate and plan for Workday cross-functional system touchpoints and impacts around configuration, business processes, reporting and integrations
• Perform testing and validation of deliverables prior to functional team user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are met
• Elicit requirements from functional HR teams through interviews to understand the current process and the desired result
   

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to document notes efficiently
• Must be able to work to project deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to translate requirements between internal end users and functional implementation team
• Must have done at least 5+ Workday HCM Implementations as a Workday Business Analyst
• Healthcare experience preferred not essential
