We are partnered with a forward-thinking organization that is currently implementing Workday Adaptive Planning. They are seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant with specialist expertise in planning, budgeting, and forecasting for a contract engagement.

This role will focus on supporting the design, configuration, and delivery of Adaptive Planning functionality within Workday, ensuring it meets business requirements and drives operational efficiency. The successful candidate will bring strong Adaptive Planning experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to gather requirements and deliver practical, scalable planning solutions.
• Support testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects within Adaptive Planning configurations.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and provide knowledge transfer where required.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance planning and reporting capabilities.
   

Essential Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ability to configure, test, and support Adaptive Planning functionality.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional project environments.
