Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant

We are partnered with a well-known global organization that is currently undertaking a global rollout of Workday Absence and Time. They are seeking a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant with extensive experience in these modules to lead this long-term project.
This role will focus on supporting the design, configuration, and delivery of Absence and Time Tracking functionality within Workday across Canada, Europe and LATAM, ensuring it meets business requirements and localized compliance regulations. The successful candidate will bring strong global Workday Absence and Time Tracking experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize the Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules in-line with business needs.
- Partner with global stakeholders across HR and Payroll to gather requirements and translate functional requirements to technical solutions.
- Support testing and rollout of modules across the new locations.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and provide knowledge transfer where required.
- Support with hyper care post go-live and support with wider business through the transition from a technical standpoint.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience with the Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
- Experience supporting global teams and an understanding of compliance regulations across Canada, LATAM and Europe.
- Demonstrated experience implementing Absence and Time Tracking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in project environments.
