We’re looking for a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to join a reputable client of ours, to take a lead role in designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, scalable integrations between Workday and our key business systems. This role is crucial in ensuring data flows seamlessly and securely across our enterprise applications, enabling smarter, faster people decisions.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Workday integrations (Core Connectors, Studio, EIB, PECI, and REST/SOAP APIs).
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into robust, scalable integration solutions.
• Own the integration lifecycle — from requirements gathering and design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Optimize existing integrations for performance, maintainability, and security.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal governance, privacy, and audit standards.
• Contribute to Workday release management, impact analysis, and configuration changes related to integrations.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices, technical documentation, and process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Workday functional leads, data engineers, and enterprise architects to align on long-term platform strategy.
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience developing Workday integrations, with deep hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, PICOF/PECI, and Workday Web Services.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM data model and business processes, including Workday Benefits and Payroll
• Proficiency with XML, XSLT, XSD, JSON, and SOAP/REST APIs.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Workday Security.
• Familiarity with middleware/integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica) is a plus.
