Compensation Analyst

We are partnered with a leading healthcare services organization seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to support the design, analysis, and delivery of competitive, compliant, and data-driven compensation programs.
This role will play a key part in managing compensation analytics and processes within Workday HCM, ensuring data integrity and providing insights that enable informed decision-making. The successful candidate will bring strong compensation knowledge, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across HR, Finance, and business teams to support a diverse and mission-driven workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support compensation program administration, including base pay, incentive plans, and annual merit and market review processes.
- Leverage Workday HCM to maintain, validate, and report compensation data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational structures.
- Develop and deliver analytical reports and dashboards to provide insights on pay trends, equity, and competitiveness.
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using survey data to inform pay structure recommendations.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent, and Finance to provide compensation guidance and data insights.
- Assist in compensation-related compliance reviews, audits, and documentation to meet healthcare industry and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to process improvements and compensation best practices that drive efficiency, fairness, and transparency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst, ideally within the healthcare services sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday HCM, particularly compensation-related reporting, data analysis, and process management.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
