3 YEARS OF HALE INTERNATIONAL

Hale International is 3 years old today! I can’t believe how quick the time has gone, the day we launched only feels like yesterday. We have grown exponentially over the last 3 years and we’re achieving things I haven’t ever heard of a business our age or size do before. It’s rare I sit back and reflect as I’m always caught up in continuing to push forward, but I'm so proud and grateful for everyone at Hale when I look at the business we have built together.

From a start-up office with desk space for two people, we are now one of the fastest growing staffing firms and have built a team of passionate, experienced consultants that provide a consistently high level of service every day across the Workday® Ecosystem.

Some key highlights over the last 3 years:

- Placed over 500 Workday® professionals, across 32 US States
- Placed candidates globally with organizations in the UK, Europe, Australia, and Tokyo.
- Assisted 56 clients implement Workday®
- Grown to 14 people, with 2 more Consultants confirmed to join us in July
- At the end of this month, we will have had 7 back-to-back record quarters 
- Grown our sales over 100% year on year
- Moved office twice, with a third move confirmed for Q4 this year
