2025 STRATEGY DAY

Last week, Matt and the Hale International management team convened for a 2025 Strategy Day, a pivotal session to reflect on our achievements in 2024 and set a clear strategic direction for 2025. We are now focused on utilizing the remainder of 2024 to ensure we are fully equipped to begin 2025 with high momentum. 

We are proud to share that 2024 has marked another record breaking year for Hale, with siginificant growth across all areas of the business. Most notably, we achieved a 44% increase in NFI compared to 2023 - a remarkable accomplishment that underscores the dedication and expertise of our team. 

As we prepare to close out the year on a high note and celebrate our 5th back-to-back record breaking year, we're excited about the opportunities that 2025 holds; we have big plans and we're confident that as a company we will continue to drive Hale's success to even greater heights!
