Hale International are currently working with a large public sector organization that are looking for a Workday Recruiting SME to come on board and support with a revamp of the recruiting module. This client is live with the full HCM suite however require a contract resource with heavy configuration experience in the Recruiting module specifically to support with optimization of the module.

• 6 months initially
• Fully Remote
• Excellent hourly rate available

Job Description:

• Workday Recruiting SME consultant to assist with configuration, gathering requirements and some integration troubleshooting
• 5+ years’ Workday Recruiting experience as a minimum
• Must have been through multiple Recruiting implementations previously
• Workday Partner background is preferred but not essential

This is a great opportunity for a long term project with a well respected organization. Further extensions are possible beyond the original contract term.
