Workday Payroll Manager

Hale International are working with a global organization experiencing exponential growth who are actively looking for a local Workday Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent basis.  

Job Details:

• Manage a team of 4 payroll analysts, 2 of which have recently joined the business.
• Full time on site 5 days a week in the Eastern Virginia region. Commutable from Newport News, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk & surrounding areas.  
• Must have at least 3+ years Payroll processing experience
• Must have directly managed Payroll professionals before
• Must have a minimum of one year of Workday Payroll processing experience

Job Description:

• Will spend time working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure Payroll is operating at a high level, assessing areas for improvement and providing insight into the Payroll function
• You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of 4 Payroll analysts
• You will be responsible for ensuring that Payroll processing is complete on a Bi Weekly basis for 5500 employees across the US & Canada
• You will be in a fast paced environment where Payroll compliance & reporting must be delivered to a high standard
