Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking Consultant

We’re partnered with a rapidly growing private equity firm that are seeking a Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking expert to join them for a key initiative involving the optimization of these modules across their US population. 

Details:

• 6-month initial contract
• Remote
• 40 hours per week
• Start date: ASAP

Job Description:

• Lead the optimization of Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking across a US population of 2,500 employees
• Client went live with the full HCM suite in April 2024, following a period of stabilization are now looking to enhance these modules as a key initiative for 2025
• Gather requirements from key stakeholders and manage the full lifecycle of optimization project work
• High level configuration of all three modules will be required
• Improve the reporting architecture and advise on reporting best practices

Qualifications / Experience:

• 5+ years hands on Workday experience with Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects
• High level configuration skillset across Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
