Hale International are partnered with a leading manufacturing organization who are actively looking for a Workday HCM Analyst on a permanent basis to own their Workday system. 

Details:

• up to $120,000 + Bonus 
• Flexible hybrid model, 2 days a month in Grand Rapids, MI

Job Description:

• Workday HRIS Analyst to lead the configuration, enhancements and reporting in Workday.
• 3 + years’ Workday experience as a minimum
• Modules: HCM, Payroll, Absence, Benefits 
• Experience with Security would be a bonus but not essential.
• Global experience nice to have but not essential
•  

This is a rare opportunity to join a customer that is just about to go live with Workday. You will be responsible for building from the ground up and helping them see the value in Workday as a product. You will have opportunity to review new functionality and partnerships, developing their Workday roadmap and potentially growing a team.
