Senior HRIS Manager
US - Remote / Permanent/ FTE / $175,000 Per anuum
We're working with a reputable organization who are actively looking for a Senior HRIS Manager to plan, develop and direct the strategy and on-going administration for Workday. You will be responsible for overseeing HR initiatives, process implementation and module/ functionality roll outs.
- Up to $175,000 + Bonus
- Oversight the specification, development, and implementation of HR processes and procedures
- Strong knowledge in Workday modules: HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Tracking, and Absence Management, Advanced Comp, Benefits and Payroll
- 5 + years’ Workday experience as a minimum
- Drive HR initiatives by working with the business to map out the strategy and roadmap for the implementation of new features, enhancements and applications
