Senior HRIS Analyst
/ Permanent/ FTE / $130,000 Per anuum
Senior Workday HRIS Analys - Talent - Denver, CO - Up to $135,000 plus bonus
Relocation opportunity available to US Candidates.
Work closely with the People Technology team and supports the global Talent and Core HCM, plus other modules as needed. This role is responsible for building and maintaining Workday configuration, system administration, using Software Development Lifecycle methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Workday, focusing on Talent Management and other modules as needed.
- Develop reports, manage data loads via EIBs, and test integrations to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide user training, change management, and post-launch support to optimize Workday processes.
- Analyze workflows to maximize Workday’s features and improve efficiency.
- Document configurations, maintain compliance, and support audits with accurate change management records.
- Stay current with Workday updates, engage in community groups, and support ongoing enhancements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years Workday HCM experience, certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Management, with familiarity across other modules.
- Experience with Workday reporting, EIBs, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively.
