Hale International is delighted to partner with a highly respected technology organization that is shaping the future of its industry through innovation and excellence. We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join their dynamic Human Capital Management (HCM) team.
As a strategic individual contributor reporting directly to the HRIS Director, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to influence system design and functionality across multiple Workday HCM modules. This position is essential to the organization’s mission of delivering a robust and efficient HRIS infrastructure that empowers the business and enhances the employee experience.

Job Description:

Provide Workday functional expertise to configure and maintain Workday core functionality.
- 5 + years’ Workday experience as a minimum

This role is part of a team responsible for the day-to-day support, as well as optimization efforts across all the Workday HCM modules which includes HCM Core, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Learning, Performance Management and Talent modules.

Implement and deploy technical and functional solutions related to new functionality; includes project management, gathering requirements, user acceptance testing and documentation.

Preferably has a Financial Background experience
