Manager, HR Technology

Hale International are working with a global manufacturing organization who are actively looking for a Manager, HR Technology to lead the all optimization efforts and additional functionality deployment.

The client is seeking a seasoned manager, with in-depth Workday knowledge and a deep understanding of configuring business process across Workday HCM.

• 5+ years Workday experience
• Managing a team 3 direct reports 
• This customer is live with the full Workday HCM suite 

Job Description:

• This Manager, HR Technology will drive the optimization of Workday and lead on all optimization and stabilization initiatives.
• Offer knowledg transfer, recommendations and advise on best practises
• Exposure to Workday HCM, Compensation, Security and strong Reporting experience is essential 
• This candidate will ideally have some exposure globally
• Confident communicator and prior experience liaising with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
