Workday HRIS Specialist - $140,000 - $150,000 + 20% Bonus – Hybrid (Irving, TX)

We are currently supporting a Global Manufacturing organization who are currently looking for a HRIS Specialist. Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to innovation, this organization is seeking a confident and outgoing HRIS Specialist to join its team on a hybrid basis. The company is live with Workday modules including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Talent, and PRISM. You will join a high-performing team of 8 HRIS professionals (split between Texas and Europe), reporting directly to a seasoned HRIS Director.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as the Workday Subject Matter Expert, providing solutions across all modules while specializing in areas of strength.
• End-to-end project management, from gathering requirements to delivering solutions confidently.
• Working globally to configure system enhancements, focusing on core modules such as HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
• Providing mentorship to junior team members and building strong relationships across functional teams.
• Managing multiple exciting projects and driving process improvements globally.
• Delivering reports, managing security configurations, and contributing to strategic leadership initiatives.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into actionable Workday solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Broad expertise across modules, with preference for Advanced Compensation, HCM, and Talent.
• Experience working in global or large organizations.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering business needs confidently.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for mentoring and leadership development.

This position offers a salary of $140,000 - $150,000, a 20% bonus, and a clear path for career progression, including potential leadership opportunities within two years. The role is based in Irving, TX, with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and relocation support available.
