Workday ERP Manager - £100,000 + 10% Bonus – Fully Remote (UK)

We are currently supporting a global financial technology leader that is seeking a confident and experienced ERP Manager to join its team on a fully remote basis in the UK. With a collaborative culture and opportunities to optimize processes, this is an exciting role for an experienced Workday professional looking to make an impact and develop their career.

This organization is live with several Workday modules, including HCM, UK Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, and Time, and is preparing for a UK Payroll implementation. The team operates with a flexible and trust-based ethos, empowering employees to manage their workloads independently while delivering results.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a Workday generalist, focusing on optimizing and maintaining multiple modules, with a particular emphasis on UK Benefits and supporting Payroll implementation.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, make recommendations, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Contributing to the optimization and configuration of Workday modules while supporting the organization’s growth.
  • Managing end-to-end HRIS processes with confidence and demonstrating initiative in identifying and solving challenges.
  • Supporting team collaboration across global locations and aligning system improvements with business goals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience configuring UK Benefits (essential).
  • Experience with Time and Absence or additional modules (preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage workload and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in working with senior stakeholders.

This position is paying up to £90,000 + 10% bonus, is fully remote within the UK, and provides excellent opportunities for personal and professional development. With training and support, you’ll have the chance to grow in your role and explore new areas of Workday or advance into management.
