Our client had recently signed up to implement Workday® Financials and had no internal resource with any Workday® experience. They were struggling to navigate the requirements of the project and were also attempting to plan for the future of the system post-implementation.
We advised them on the best way to structure their internal team and initially found them a permanent Workday® Financials Analyst to manage and administer the system through the implementation and post go-live. In addition to this, they also wanted an experienced Workday® Financials consultant to join them on a 6 months assignment to provide high level support and leadership throughout their implementation alongside their Workday® Partner.
Our client was able to go live with Workday® Financials in a timely manner, utilizing our experienced Workday® Financials Consultant to save time and identify areas for high level improvements in efficiency. Additionally, by hiring a permanent Workday® Financials Analyst, embedded throughout the implementation, they ensured they were ready to go-live without any disruption to service.
